The Villa itself is a pretty,single level villa overlooking orange groves. Being all on one level makes itideal for elderly guests or those with limitations. On first inspectionthere are two seating areas with the first having a 3 seater sofa and armchairsas well as the casual dining area which easily seats six.
Continuing throughthere is a good sized fully equipped kitchen which has all the amenities youwould consider essential. There is a separate breakfast seating and eating areathat seats 4 and then you reach the second of the two seating areas which has afurther 3 seater sofa and armchairs, 42″ flat screen, DVD player, cable TV. Acces to the pool area isvia the patio doors to the rear of the villa.
The pool has a covered lanai area(seating area) with patio table seating 6 providing shade if you need it andthe fully screened pool has spray jets and a spacious patio with adequate sunloungers and chairs with footstools. The pool overlooks lush orange groves soat certain times of the year the scent of blossoms is wonderful.The master bedroom has been lushly decorated andhas a king size bed and flat screen TV. Storage is from a large walk in closet.
The bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with deep tub, separate shower cubicle,twin basins and WC. You also have direct access to the pool via a private door. Bedroom2 has a full size bed, flat screen TV, double closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 havetwin beds, TVs, double closet and one has been decorated specifically withchildren in mind. There is a further family bathroom with bath/shower,basin and WC which is accessible to all bedrooms.The garage has been converted to a games roomwith pool table and ping pong table.
