Poverty is one of the most common problems in the world, especially in developing countries.
In discussing poverty, first, we need to define whothe poor are. The World Bank (2001) defined to be poor as the case ofdeprivation in well-being that includes being hungry, being lack of shelter andclothing, being sick and not cared for, being illiterate and having noeducation. Poverty can be surrender for citizen who can adapt their self inthis problem. They have to improve their effort to survive to be come stillalive. Poverty can be related with perspective pancasila thatcan organize every part of poverty in Indonesia.
If every sila is obeyed bycitizen and government it will get successful to decrease poverty. The reasonis pancasila Ideology is a rulewhich bonds every economic subject. If it is obeyed, the behavior of societywill be orderly. The involvement and the arrangement of behavior will lead tothe effective social justice. UUD has takenan action in this case as well. UUD has explained in the article of povertythey are:1. Number27 point 2 2. Number 34 point 1 3.
Number 34 point 2All of them are have relate definition eachother they have been defining that the poorest in Indonesia will be protecting andthey will be giving full attention from government. Eventually, citizen don’tworry about it. Furthermore, when pancasila and UUD have defined it the probability of having poverty isstill can.
So, as a good citizen we can do something actions they are:1. Social partnership 2. Strength human resources 3. Social advocate 4.
Social participationThe solutions above can be implemented in thatday all of citizen have to take a part of it not only it but also government aswell.
