day’? Off course all of us has been heard that the old always saying that
taking breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but do you know why?
Now, I’m here to share the facts which proves that what your parents, teacher
or your grandparents say were right after all. Obviously, all people know that
food is a fuel and energy for our bodies. Without breakfast, people will spend
the day stumbling around in a fog, fighting of a headache, irritable, restless
and tired. As nutritionist, (Adelle Davis) famously put that ‘Breakfast like a
king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper’. From that we can know
breakfast are really important in our daily. There are three important why
taking breakfast is important in our daily such as, breakfast has a significant
effect on cognitive function, breakfast can prevent a risk disease and
breakfast can lose a weight.

                Firstly, breakfast has a
significant effect on cognitive function during the days if we fail to replenish
our carbohydrates stores during the early morning. With taking breakfast, it
also will  restore the glucose levels and
essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. Many studies
have show eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration level for
students and worker. A well-balanced breakfast can help us to keep alert and
productive through the morning. According to the latest evidence we should all
aiming to consume around 15-25% of our daily energy intake from breakfast
(spencer 2017). Other than that, with taking breakfast it can make us fell  happier as it also can improve our mood and
lower the stress levels.

                 Secondly, eating breakfast can
prevent a risk disease. It says that, if we skip breakfast in your daily basis we
might face health problem that cannot be reverted. Breakfast being the most important
meal of the day that you have to eaten at the correct timing, from the early in
the morning time until 11am is a sufficient time for breakfast. A study states,
that two men who skip breakfast had a higher risk of heart attack or coronary
heart disease. The effects of without taking a breakfast  in the morning may cause an adverse metabolic
that can  lead to coronary heart disease.
Nowadays, the famous gastric ulcer disease is the higher rise in our country.

ages from 8-80 have this disease because the lack of intake of the sufficient
food in the morning which can leads to erosion of muscles and tissues in the
lining stomach. The infection in the lining stomach acids decrease our appetite
to eat and increase the pain in it.

                Thirdly, taking breakfast
actually helps us in losing weight. It’s really essential for our body and
skipping breakfast won’t help you in losing weight. But many people think that
by skipping breakfast it will help them to lose weight. Actually taking
breakfast may reduce your hunger later in the day, which may make it easier to
avoid overeating. For example, when you skip breakfast you may fell hungrier in
the afternoon and you will take or eat more than enough. Many people skip
breakfast to lose weight but with skipping breakfast actually will increase the
risk of obesity.

               To conclude, taking breakfast is
a healthful way of starting the day. So all the people must take breakfast to
make sure we can improve our concentration in school or office. Just like I
mention just now, there are a few important of taking breakfast. Such as, breakfast
has a significant effect on cognitive function, breakfast can prevent a risk disease
