Commencement Date and Term

1. The
Employee will start permanent full-time employment with the Employer on the 18thJanuary
2018 for the next three years ending on 31st December 2021

Job Title and Description 

Building Supervisor

2.
The initial job is to make sure all the employees under your supervision sign
in and sign out.

3.
To oversee the duties assigned to all the workers and give them their
schedules.

4.
The employee will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in this
contract as well as     be ready to be
supervised and take advice and direction from the employer.

5. The
employees job title and his duties may be changed at any given time due to the
needs of the location.

 

Employee Compensation

6. Building
supervisor will be paid for the services rendered on monthly salary of $ 2500.

7.
The employer will deduct from the salary any applicable payroll deductions and
remittances as required by law.

8.
The Employee understands and agrees that any additional remuneration paid to
the Employee in the form of bonuses or other similar incentive remuneration
will rest in the Employer.

Company Policy

9.
Employee will not directly contact the customers as per policies and
guidelines.

10.
If there is any issue concerning staff under employee’s supervision for example
they fail to follow the instructions its building supervisor’s duty to contact
the head office.

Termination Provisions

11.
If in any case we lose the building from company’s contract in that case the
employer will discontinue operating its business at the location where the
employ is employed.

12. Where
there is just cause for termination, the Employer may terminate the employee’s
employment without notice, as permitted by law.

13.
The Employee and the employer agree that reasonable and sufficient notice of
termination of employment by the employer is the greater of one week or any
minimum notice required by law.

 

 Recital
of Management Rights 

14. The
employer can any time change the job duty and responsibility in the event of
the changes required in the location assigned to the employee.

PART 2

Description of Negotiation

Before I agree to the terms and
condition I would like to tell you that you are offering me good salary as
compare to my previous salary but I want a 6% more raise in my salary because
the place where I am living is very expensive.

Another point is that as I was the
supervisor in the previous company I changed some of the schedules and save
many dollars so I need the authority to change some of the schedules according
to the situation with your permission.

I would be leaving my current job for
this one, and I would lose out on my year-end bonus. I would be leaving a
$9,000 annual bonus. To make the transition easier, I would like to request a
signing bonus of $5,000 to partly bridge the gap in pay.
