Other than thelevels of depression there are several types of depression induced by differentexperiences or sudden changeover certain routine, schedule, pattern, andenvironment of an individual wherein he finds it difficult to adapt well to thechanges. Several management ways that may beapplied to the individual experiencing depression. Support from loved ones isan essential factor for the individual’s environment greatly affects theindividual himself.

In Brain-stimulation therapythere are repetitive use of transcranial magnetic stimulation that sendsmagnetic pulses to the brain of the individual with a major depressivedisorder. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy aims to aid people who suffer repeatedbouts and chronic unhappiness (Segal,n.d.
). Electroconvulsive therapy is usedamongst individuals with psychotic depression, this induces electric shocks tothe patient to allow relief from mental pain or disorder of patient. Specifically, this study aims to identify themost effective counseling strategy for individuals who experience depression.This study also aims to determine whether the type of counseling strategy usedon a certain level or type varies due toit or due to other external or internal factors such as personality, characterand experience of the individual. It is essential and significant to identifythe best counseling strategy to be able to immediately help and aid regressionof depression of an individual by allowing individual to undergo the bestcounseling strategy determined. This may prevent the further progression of theindividual’s case and depression for immediate response to existing plight.
