Bently’s brakes are the biggest of any production road car with 420mm steel discs at the front. At the back are 380mm. Any ceramic brakes are not yet an option. Bentley does not want to rule that out on future model repetitions.Extra Details of the Bentley Continental GTThe way the Continental GT uses its power and torque has been thoroughly changed this time. In the comfort drive mode, a small amount of torque is on the front axle. This substantially makes the car feel like a regular four-wheel drive car. The Bently mode uses less torque in the rear, yet makes the car feel slightly more sporty. This mode also offers more control over the suspension dampers. Including a more focused ECU map for the throttle and gearbox. This mode you will notice a distinctive sense of composure as it cruises along the landscapes. This also feeling sporting and also exclusively refined. The Bentley Continental GT does feel stupidly fast. Although this is only because it manages to hide its significant weight, with the responses from the engine and gearbox as well which are perfect.The acceleration is unbelievable in such a heavy car, as well as the feeling of control. The new dual clutch gearbox operates perfectly and with no lag from the W12. This is allowing the GT to go hard from the moment you pinch the throttle.However, until you select the Sport mode and drive the GT on a track you can full admire what Bently has made.
